"Easing the Teasing ~ YOU are Valuable!" One strange thing about human
behavior is those who are hurt often lash out and hurt others. We know this to be true of some sex offenders
who are also victims, and the same is true for many who bully. This becomes a vicious cycle.
I believe that through education
we can stop the bullying cycle. Through teaching children about their
intrinsic value as human beings, we can stop the pain of the bullied and the bullies as well. That’s why I'm going to as many schools as I can during my year of
service to meet my goal of speaking to 1,000 children. I believe this endeavor will change lives.
